usually made of 304 201 316 316L and etc, better anti corrosion performance, brighter and cleaner surface compared with galvanized steel grating.

 

Production Method：
There are two methods of mechanical pressure welding and manual production: mechanical pressure welding uses high pressure resistance welder, whose manipulator can mechanically cross the bar onto the evenly arranged flat steel, and then use strong welding power and hydraulic pressure to weld the bar into flat steel. This method can produce high quality steel grating with solid welding spot, great high stability and strength. Manual method is to punch hole on flat steel, then lay the bar into the hole and weld. There will be gap between flat steel and bar, however, this way can ensure all contact points are welded, so as to realize the equal melting connection of flat steel and bar. This method can get more solid welding and higher strength, but the appearance is not as good as that of pressure welding.
